The Micro Grants Program offers up to $1,000 for individuals, sole traders and small businesses to improve community wellbeing and achieve social change.
We understand that a small amount of money can help you get your idea up and running. Micro Grants support innovative people to meet community needs when they may not be eligible for other grants programs.
Micro Grants 2022-2023
The Micro Grants 2022-2023 round opens on Monday 6 February 2023 and closes on Monday 20 March 2023 at 5pm.

Submitting your application
- Read the Grants, Donations and Sponsorship Policy (2020) and the Micro Grants Guidelines 2022-2023.
- Book into a How to Apply for a Georges River Council Grant workshop and/or a Q&A Session, and contact the Grants Officer with any questions.
- Start your application on our SmartyGrants page.
- Applications close on Monday 20 March 2023 at 5pm.
