Subdivision Certificates

A Subdivision Certificate confirms that Council has approved that works have been completed in accordance with the relevant standards and the land is suitable to subdivide.

To apply for a Subdivision Certificate, please complete and submit the Subdivision Certificate Application Form.

The following forms are also required to be submitted along with your application, when required as a condition of development consent:

A Section 88G Certificate must be obtained from Council, to ensure the outstanding work or outstanding payment details are known to a prospective purchaser, if there is an existing positive covenant or restriction on the property title exists in benefit of the Council:

The Strata Subdivision Linen Plans and the Subdivision Certificate may be signed by a Private Certifier. All Torrens title Subdivision Linen Plans and Subdivision Certificates must be submitted to Council for approval.
