Grants and Sponsorship

We value the important work undertaken by local community groups and we continually offer local organisations funding via a range of channels:

Throughout the year we host a range of events for our residents to come together and participate in, including cultural festivals, celebrations and award ceremonies.

While hosting these activities we also collaborate with a number of local businesses that sponsor our events in the local area. Sponsors assist us with the resources to improve the quality of high profile events, as well as attract visitors, enhance our reputation and foster economic development.

Benefits of partnering with us include brand exposure, greater access to reach your target audience and an alternative method to market your business, which can be less expensive than typical marketing avenues.

Sponsorship also enables businesses to build public awareness of their understanding and support of community needs.

We offer a range of sponsorship packages to appeal to a variety of organisations for the following annual events:

We welcome all levels of support for our community events and have a range of sponsorship packages available.

A Sponsorship and Donations Policy has been developed for Council. For more information about donations or sponsorship arrangements, please contact us.

You can donate funds to assist with purchasing additional resources for the libraries or Hurstville Museum & Gallery. Our libraries and Museum & Gallery have Deductible Gift Recipient Status which allows you to make tax deductible donations.
