Explore each step of the Development Application (DA) process below.

Step 1
Find out if your Development Application requires approval.

Assessment and determination of your Development Application (DA) by Council.

Review and appeal of Council's decision if required.

Construction phase. This includes obtaining a construction certificate if your proposal involves building work.

Bond release and long service levy.

POST-CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

Some consent conditions need Council to review or verify a document. You can't move to the next stage of your project until this is done.
