Office of General Manager
Our Office of General Manager is responsible for the following.
Executive Services
Executive Services handles Council and Committee meetings. They organise briefings and workshops for our Councillors. They also ensure we meet our reporting requirements.
City Futures - Communications and Engagement, Marketing and Economic Development team.
City Futures aims to strengthen the Georges River area and Council. Doing this through advocacy, branding, and building networks. Partnerships and community transformation projects are also important. Plus, they focus on communications, engagement, and marketing requirements.
General Counsel
Our General Counsel is responsible for the management of Council’s legal function. This includes running matters in Court and other tribunals and jurisdictions. They also offer training or advice to Council business units on legal issues.
Internal Audit
Internal Audit provides independent, internal audit assurance services. This is to improve operational and governance processes and monitor compliance controls.
