Public Notice 08/09/2022

At its meeting held on 22 August 2022, Georges River Council resolved to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Georges River Development Control Plan (GRDCP) 2021 in relation to Nos. 53A-59A Gloucester Road, Hurstville. Amendment No. 1 includes built form and design provisions to guide a future residential care facility on the site in accordance with the Planning Proposal for the site. The amendment inserts site specific provisions in Part 10 - Precincts of the GRDCP and makes a number of consequential changes to various sections of the GRDCP.

Amendment No. 1 will become effective when the Planning Proposal is finalised and the amendment to the Georges River Local Environmental Plan (GRLEP) 2021 is gazetted.
