St George Candlelight Vigil (Council Led Event)

On National Domestic Violence Remembrance Day, Georges River Council, in partnership with St George Domestic Violence Committee will commemorate lives lost due to Domestic and Family Violence through a Candlelight Vigil.
The St George Domestic Violence Committee aims to draw attention to the senseless and preventable taking of lives and bring the local community together to:

Express grief and remember the families, women, children and men tragically affected by domestic and family violence.

Resolve to support victims and their families.

Raise community awareness with the aim of ending domestic and family violence.

- There is a paid carpark on 8 Derby Street, Kogarah that has a lift with direct access to the Square.
