Discover inner peace and harmony through guided meditation classes. Through eight classes participants will learn powerful meditation techniques designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Experience the profound benefits of meditation. These classes will help you rejuvenate and unwind from the stresses of daily life. Don't miss this opportunity to cultivate inner balance and tranquillity.

About the Facilitator:
Daniel Firth is an experienced meditation teacher with over two decades of experience. Introduced to meditation by his family as a child, he embarked on a journey to India in his early twenties to deepen his understanding. Daniel shares his expertise with diverse audiences, having taught meditation at universities, businesses, and through regular classes for local communities. Daniel enjoys helping others to harness the power of meditation to navigate the stresses of modern life and find focus.

No previous experience necessary. All materials and equipment will be provided.

Terms and conditions

  • For participants under the age of 16, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program.  

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue. 

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future. 

  • The library does not endorse or promote any products which may be used in the workshop.
