Register of Heritage Conservation Management Plans

A heritage Conservation Management Plan (CMP) is a document explaining the significance of a heritage item, including a heritage conservation area, and proposing policies to retain that significance. It can include guidelines for additional development or maintenance of the place.

Heritage CMPs have been completed for the following sites in the Georges River LGA:

  • Torina: 469 Forest Road, Penshurst.
  • The Mashman Site: Mashman Avenue, Kingsgrove (off Kingsgrove Road).
  • 14 and 16 Victoria Street, Kogarah.
  • Hurstville Civic Precinct (as bound by MacMahon Street, Park Road, Queens Road and Dora Street).
  • Carss Cottage, 72 Carwar Avenue, Carss Park.

A copy of the heritage CMPs can be requested from Council under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).

A form to request access is available on our Access to Information page.
