Georges River Council Partners with Service NSW to Support Local Businesses
Georges River Council is pleased to announce a new partnership with Service NSW to deliver a monthly Business Concierge service at the Hurstville Civic Centre, commencing July 2025.
As part of a six-month pilot program, a Service NSW Business Concierge will be available once a month at Council’s Customer Service Centre to provide free, tailored assistance to local businesses.
The Service NSW Business Bureau offers practical support to help businesses understand and access government services. This includes one-on-one guidance from Business Concierges (in person, by phone or online), referrals to independent advisors, participation in webinars and events through Business Connect, multilingual support, and the option to create a Business Profile to simplify transactions and licence management.
This initiative also strengthens local engagement by allowing Service NSW to directly connect with businesses and highlight the full range of resources available to support their growth and success.
The Business Concierge service will operate from 9.00am - 5.00pm at the Hurstville Civic Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville.
