Notice of Intention to Grant Licence

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given of Council’s intention to grant a Licence over community land subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Land: Pole depot, St George Creative Art and Craft, Part 23, Penshurst as part whole Lot 101 Deposited Plan 586060.
  • Use: Creative Art and Craft Centre.
  • Licensee: St George Creative Art & Craft Centre Incorporated.
  • Term: 3 Years + 2 Year option.

Submissions to the proposal must be made in writing and addressed to the General Manager, Georges River Council via email: mail@georgesriver.nsw.gov.au and must be received by Council no later than Tuesday 16 April 2024.
