Have you been impacted by a data breach or scam? Received unexpected fines or strange bills in your name? Join us for a free information session presented by Service NSW, designed to help you protect your identity and know what to do if things go wrong.

ID Support NSW offers practical tools, expert guidance, and free support to help you stay safe online and recover from identity-related incidents. Whether you're looking to learn how to strengthen your passwords, secure your devices, or maintain your online privacy, this session will equip you with the knowledge you need to stay one step ahead of cybercriminals.

  • For participants under the age of 16, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue.

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.

  • The library does not endorse or promote any products which may be used in the workshop.
