Crack the code of gaining streaming influence and join us this International Games Month in the Media Lab!
Twitch is the ultimate arena for live-streaming content. With more than 2 million people watching at any given time, it’s where the action never stops.
If you’re dreaming of becoming the next big streamer, finding a community of like-minded gamers, or simply curious, don’t miss out on this chance to learn how streaming gameplay content works and how to increase your visibility.
Participants will learn about:

The art of building loyal audiences and strategies for monetisation.

Supercharging the streaming experience using tools and interoperability with other gaming platforms, like OBS Studio.

About the facilitator:
Albert Ong is the founder of Tinkery, an edTech social startup aiming to make hands on learning accessible through creative prototyping kits and courses. Albert has over a decade of experience as a hybrid mechatronics engineer, biotechnologist and interaction designer, and has worked on a range of industry and research projects ranging from art installations at Vivid Sydney, rehabilitative games and exoskeletons, bioreactors, drones, makerspaces, industrial robots, facility management systems, green architecture, and speculative and futures design projects.
About the Media Lab and Digital Tools collection:
The Media Lab boasts a professional studio set up with a cyclorama wall, green screens, studio lights and Surface Studios with the full Adobe Creative Suite. The digital tool library contains cameras, recording equipment and other digital accessories that can be borrowed for free with your library membership.
