Join us at Hurstville Library every Wednesday during October for a range of activities for HSC students.
 
These HSC Rescue sessions are designed to encourage students to take a study break and focus on mindfulness and managing stress. Look after your body by fuelling it with pizza and look after your mind with guided breaks from study.

HSC Rescue is a joint venture between:

  • Georges River Council.

  • Headspace.

  • 3Bridges Youth Zone.

  • St George and Sutherland Mental Health Service.

  • NSW Health.

  • The Family Co.

These sessions are drop-in sessions. Bookings are not required.
