During NAIDOC Week, visit Hurstville Museum and Gallery’s Spotlight Gallery to connect to culture through the Walking on Country exhibition by Amy Lea Trindall of Dewrang Art.
The exhibition honours the knowledge and legacy of ancestors that has been shared and passed on to the next generations. It features contemporary art, weaving, traditional artefacts, and representations of traditional customs.
Come along to Hurstville Museum and Gallery to celebrate the official opening of Walking on Country by Amy Lea Trindall, where she will discuss how her exhibition respects and honours the knowledge and legacy of ancestors.
Refreshments will be provided.
