Since commencing on July 11th, 2024, these fortnightly classes have welcomed community members of all skill levels — from beginners to long-time practitioners.
The atmosphere is inclusive and supportive, with each gathering fostering not only physical and mental wellness but also a greater sense of connection within the Georges River community.
