Stallholder ​Expressions of Interest for the Summer Events Program 2026-2027 will open in August 2026.  

Expressions of Interest for performers at Lunar New Year 2027 will open in August 2026.

Our Events

The Summer Events program will feature the family favourites Magic of Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Australia Day Picnic. Please see details below for each of our events.

Event Name		Details
Magic of Christmas		We are looking for food and drink vendors as well as Christmas themed gifts/trinket stalls. We are accepting 30 vendors for this event. Magic of Christmas with stage performances and fireworks to close the evening. Saturday 5 December 2026. Carss Bush Park, Carss Park. Event times: 4.30pm - 9.00pm.
Australia Day Picnic		Only 10 vendors will be accepted for this event. Georges River Council will celebrate Australia Day 2026 with a picnic in the park and fireworks display to close. Tuesday 26 January 2027. Carss Bush Park. Event times: 4.30pm - 9.00pm.
Lunar New Year		We are accepting 30 vendors for this event. Georges River Council will bring in the Year of the Snake with the Lunar New Year Festival on Forest Road, Hurstville. Saturday 6 February 2027. Forest Road, Hurstville. Event times: 11.00am - 9.00pm.
