Committees and Panels

​Committees provide specialist insight and assist Council in making decisions. We have four standing committees and three advisory committees as per below.

Standing committees:

  • Assets and Infrastructure Committee.

  • ​Finance and Governance Committee.

  • Community and Culture Committee.

  • Environment and Planning Committee.

Advisory committees:

  • Floodplain Risk Management Committee.

  • Local Transport Forum.

  • Georges River Council Sports Advisory Committee.
     

Times of Committee Meetings

Committees are scheduled for the second Monday of each month, commencing at 6.00pm and will run consecutively.
