06/12/2025 - Carss Bush Park

UPDATE: Temperatures are expected to reach 37°C. Unfortunately, the planned fireworks cannot go ahead due to a total fire ban in place until 11.59 pm on Saturday 6 December. Please bring a shaded structure, sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of cold water to stay safe. Council will have multiple water refill stations and lifeguards on duty for anyone who would like to swim. We will also have first aid officers on site to support community safety.

Friends and families are invited to gather in Carss Bush Park for an evening of festive fun at our annual Magic of Christmas event.

The event features kids entertainment, special performances and plenty of food. Spectacular fireworks will light up the bay for all to enjoy at 9.00pm. 
 
Bring your picnic blanket and settle in for an evening of festive entertainment and food, and don't forget to keep an eye out for Santa!
