What is the purpose of this request?

2D Model and Data Request.

Request Flood Model Data for a specific site. This is subject to licencing and payment procedures.

Abandoned Vehicle.

Report abandoned or unregistered vehicles. Parked in public spaces for investigation and potential removal.

Address Review.

Request to review or confirm property address. Due to confusion or mail delivery issues, in compliance with NSW regulations.

Animals - Collection from Vet.

Request for Council to transport impounded dogs or cats to the designated facility. This excludes native or non-domesticated animals.

Animals - Deceased Animal (On Public Land).

Report deceased animals in public places for removal or owner notification if microchipped.

Animals - Dog Unattended (Off-Leash & Stray Dogs).

Report unattended or off-leash dogs in public areas, including roaming or uncontrolled dogs.

Animals - Nuisance (On Public Property).

Report nuisance animals in public areas. This includes uncollected dog waste, roaming cats, or unauthorised animals on public land.

Animals - Nuisance (On Private Property only).

Report nuisance animals on private property. This includes dogs, cats, or others, per Council's Keeping of Animals Policy.

Bin - broken/damaged.

Report broken or damaged council-issued bins for repair or replacement.

Bin - contamination and inspections.

Report bin contamination, non-compliance, or request assistance with inspections and bin tagging.

Bin - lost/stolen.

Report a lost or stolen bin for replacement by Council’s waste contractor Veolia.

Bin - missed collection or partially emptied.

Report a missed or partially emptied bin collection. Due to non-compliance with collection requirements.

Building - Unauthorised Use Other.

Report unauthorised property use or failure to comply with development consent conditions. This excludes home businesses that meet SEPP requirements.

Building Without Consent.

Report building work done without consent that does not meet exempt development requirements under SEPP codes.

Bushland Maintenance.

Request maintenance for bushland conservation and improvement, including weed control, erosion management, and volunteer opportunities.

Change Delivery Address/Email for Debtor Invoice.

Update delivery address or register for e-Invoices to receive Sundry Invoices electronically.

Change of Details (Rates Notice).

Request to change postal details for your Rates Notice.

Damaged/Missing Road Sign.

Report damaged or missing road signs for prompt repair or replacement.

Dilapidated Building.

Report dilapidated or derelict buildings. Thes buildings posing health, safety, or environmental hazards to the community.

Dog Attack.

Report a dog attack, and seek medical assistance. Call 000 for serious injuries.

Dog Waste Bag Dispenser - Refill.

Request a refill for a dog waste bag dispenser in public areas.

Fallen Tree or Branch.

Report fallen trees or branches from public trees on public land for removal within 48 hours.

Feedback.

Give feedback on your interaction with the Council. You’ll get a response in 10 business days.

Fire Safety.

Report or enquire about fire safety compliance, inspections, and Fire Safety Statements. This is for commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.

Food - Poisoning/Hygiene/Cleanliness of Premises Issue.

Report food poisoning, hygiene, or cleanliness issues at food premises for investigation by Council.

Footpath Maintenance.

Report any trip hazards or maintenance issues with footpaths. This helps ensure immediate safety measures and planned repairs.

Graffiti Removal.

Report graffiti for removal from public-facing assets. Priority is given for offensive graffiti within 24 hours.

Hazardous/Dangerous Tree.

Report any dangerous trees that pose an immediate risk. This includes dead, dying, or unstable trees and limbs.

Illegal dumping.

Report illegal waste dumping on public land. This includes large items and construction debris.

Kerb & Gutter Maintenance.

Report trip hazards or maintenance problems with kerbs and gutters. This helps ensure immediate safety and plan for repairs.

Line Marking

Report issues related to faded, unclear, or missing line markings on roads or parking areas.

Nature Strip Maintenance.

Request maintenance or report issues related to overgrown, unsafe, or non-compliant nature strips and verge gardens.

New Signage.

Request the installation of new traffic signs to improve safety or provide additional information on road conditions.

New Tree.

Request a new street tree planting as part of Council’s annual program to enhance the urban canopy.

Non-Compliance with Development Consent.

Report issues related to non-compliance with development consent conditions where Council is the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA).

Noxious Weeds (Priority Weeds).

Report or ask for help with Priority Weeds. These are invasive plants that harm health, the environment, or agriculture.

Park Fencing.

Report any problems with park fencing. Include details about damage or maintenance needs. Be specific about the location and provide clear descriptions.

Park Lighting.

Report problems with park lighting. Include the location and a description of the issue for review and action.

Parking.

Report illegal parking or parking violations to the Council for investigation. They may issue penalty notices.

Parking penalty notice photo request or video request.

Request photos or video footage related to a Parking Penalty Notice to review the evidence of the offence.

Parks Furniture.

Report any problems with park furniture. Include details about damage or maintenance needs, plus the exact location and descriptions.

Parks Mowing & Gardening.

Report maintenance issues for mowing, gardening, and park upkeep. This includes grass care, surface maintenance, and garden care.

Playground Equipment Maintenance.

Report issues with playground or exercise equipment, shade sails, and safety surfacing for repairs or maintenance.

Pollution - Air/Odour.

Report any air or odour pollution problems. This includes smoke, backyard burning, and odour issues from commercial or industrial sites.

Pollution - Noise.

Report noise pollution issues, including construction noise, machinery, air conditioners, and other nuisances from residential or commercial sources.

Pollution - Water.

Report water pollution issues. This includes contamination from construction sites, commercial or residential premises, or liquid waste dumping into stormwater drains or waterways.

Pot Hole or Similar damage.

Report potholes or similar road damage for temporary repairs and further assessment.

Printed Waste Calendar.

Request a printed hardcopy of the waste collection calendar to be posted to your address.

Public Health - Asbestos (Private Property).

Report damaged or broken asbestos or asbestos-containing material on private property for Council to assess and address.

Public Health - Overgrown Land.

Report overgrown residential or commercial properties that pose health and safety risks due to excessive plant growth or infestations.

Public Health - Sewer Issue.

Report sewage issues from residential or commercial properties, or matters related to Sydney Water notifications.

Public Health - Skin Penetration and Beauty Salon.

Report concerns related to skin penetration and beauty salons, including hairdressers, tattoo, and piercing services.

Public Health - Smoking.

Report smoking-related issues in public places or concerns about tobacco and e-cigarette retailing to NSW Health.

Public Health - Waste/Hoarding on Property.

Report waste or hoarding on private property that poses health and safety risks or exceeds specific accumulation criteria for Council action.

Public Spaces - Abandoned Article.

Report abandoned items such as bikes, machinery, or miscellaneous articles left in public spaces for potential impounding by Council Rangers.

Public Spaces - Unauthorised Use.

Report unauthorised use of public land for private or commercial purposes, such as unapproved skip bins, signage, or activities.

Roadside litter.

Report roadside litter or small waste items for Council's cleansing services.

Stormwater Drainage between Private neighbouring properties.

Report stormwater drainage issues between private neighbouring properties that involve surface water causing potential damage, directed by man-made structures or defective roofing.

Stormwater Drainage Enquiry - Development Related.

Request advice on stormwater drainage and disposal related to property development or building in Georges River LGA.

Stormwater Drainage Enquiry - Public Easement/Pipe Related.

Request information or approvals for connections or modifications to Council stormwater systems and easements on private property.

Stormwater Drainage Maintenance.

Report maintenance issues with Council stormwater drainage assets on public land, including blockages or damage to pits, pipes, or covers.

Stormwater Flood Level Enquiry - Development Related.

Request flood level information for development on sites within Georges River LGA, including floor levels, velocity, and hazard categories.

Stormwater Flooding.

Report flooding caused by inadequate stormwater drainage on your property or public land.

Street Furniture Maintenance.

Report issues with Council-owned street furniture, such as benches or seating, located on public streets.

Street Lighting.

Report faults with street lighting to Ausgrid, providing location details and streetlight pole number for repairs.

Street/park litter bin - full or overflowing.

Report a full or overflowing street or park litter bin for prompt servicing.

Street/park litter bin - missing or damaged.

Report a missing or damaged street or park litter bin for replacement or repair.

Sweeping and Cleansing.

Request street sweeping services for safety or hazard issues outside the regular sweeping schedule in the Georges River Council LGA.

Swimming Pool & Spa (private) - fencing.

Report non-compliant fencing for private swimming pools and spas or apply for a compliance certificate.

Swimming pool and spa (private or commercial) - Unhealthy, green.

Report unhealthy or discoloured private or public swimming pools/spas, including contamination, vermin, or inadequate maintenance.

Tree Pruning.

Request pruning of public trees (street trees, park trees) managed by Council.

Tree Removal.

Request removal of public trees (street trees, park trees) managed by Council.

Tree Vandalism/Damage (including poisoning) on Private Land.

Report vandalism or damage to trees on private land, including illegal removal, poisoning, or unauthorised pruning.

Tree Vandalism/Damage (including poisoning) on Public Land.

Report vandalism or damage (including poisoning) to public trees on Council-managed land.

Unauthorised Use - Boarding House.

Report suspected illegal boarding houses operating without proper consent, registration, or fire safety compliance.

Waste - Unit bins - Wheel Out Wheel Back service issues (WOWB).

Report issues with the Wheel Out Wheel Back (WOWB) bin service for participating unit developments.

Weeds Public Land.

Report non-priority weeds on public land such as parks, nature strips, and gutters that may harm the environment.
