4 East Quarter Stage 3 93-103 Forest Road, Hurstville (part Lot 10 in DP270611) - Stage 3 of East Quarter. PP2014/0002 and DA2016/0218  The Planning Proposal sought an amendment to Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 to increase the building height and floor space ratio applying to the Land. DA2016/0218 - Mixed use development comprising 556 units and 4,345sqm of retail space in two buildings of 9 and 21 storeys with parking. Georges River Council, East Quarter (Hurstville) Pty Ltd and Hville FCP Pty Ltd The VPA requires that the Developer provide: a monetary contribution of $1million to be applied towards public domain works on Kempt Field; carrying out of road works at the intersection of Forest Road and Durham Street (to the value of $1.76 million); carrying out landscaping works to the Forest Road frontage to the Land that are additional to any landscaping works required under a Development Consent (to the value of $46,000); a monetary contribution of $131,000 to Hurstville Public School; a monetary contribution of $96,000 towards Kempt Field works; registration of an easement in gross favour of Council allowing for public access to and from and across the Land to and from Kempt Field and Stage 2 of East Quarter.  19/04/2017 to
