Georges River Council is inviting the community to review and provide feedback on the draft Jubilee Stadium Precinct Master Plan and Plan of Management.
 
This public exhibition is an important step in shaping the future of the Jubilee Stadium Precinct, which includes Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah Park, surrounding open spaces and community facilities.
 
The majority of the Jubilee Stadium Precinct is Crown land, owned by the NSW Government and managed by Council for community use. The Master Plan provides an overall framework for future development and upgrades, while the Plan of Management is a legal document that guides how the land will be used and maintained over time.
 
After early community consultation in 2024, Council worked with consultants and stakeholders to prepare draft plans that balance heritage, open space and diverse community needs.
 
Council is seeking feedback from community members to review the draft plans online, visit Council locations in person, or attend one of the drop-in information sessions taking place throughout February.
 
Georges River Council Mayor Elise Borg said the public exhibition is a key opportunity for the community to have their say.
 
“These draft plans set out a clear and coordinated vision for how the precinct can continue to serve our community now and into the future.” Mayor Borg said.
 
“I encourage residents, sporting groups and visitors to review the plans and share their feedback so we can ensure the precinct reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.”
 
The public exhibition period is open until Friday 27 March 2026.
