Public Notice 04/03/2026

Sydney Water has advised Council that they will be replacing the water main on Lyle Street, Hurstville. Their work is planned to start on Monday 9 March 2026 and finish by Tuesday 30 June 2026.

The work will be carried out by Sydney Water and their partner, D4C. D4C is authorised to complete this work on Sydney Water’s behalf.

Sydney Water has also provided a formal notice that they will need to open sections of the road to complete the project.

Sydney Water has confirmed they will restore any areas affected by the work and meet agreed standards. They have processes in place to fix any issues that may arise from the project.
