Notice of Intention to grant a Lease – Kogarah Community Services, 49 English Street, Kogarah

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Georges River Council hereby gives notice of its intention to grant a Lease agreement to Kogarah Community Services Inc. located at 49 English Street, Kogarah.
 
Lessee: Kogarah Community Services Inc.
Purpose: Community Facility.
Location:  49 English Street, Kogarah.
Proposed Lease Term: Ten (10) years, with no option period.
 
Written submissions concerning the proposed Lease may be directed to the General Manager, Georges River Council, via email at mail@georgesriver.nsw.gov.au.
