Health and Safety is about creating a sense of community, well-being, safety and security. Council achieves this through community involvement in the development and delivery of targeted initiatives that improve the quality of life and safety of all residents, visitors and workers in the Georges River area.

We deliver a range of services which help make our communities a healthy, safe and secure environment for all. The development of Council's Safety Action Plan will address local safety issues and concerns, and highlight the important roles that local service providers, Police, government and the wider community play in keeping people safe in the local government area.
