Be sure to join a fun #NSWYouthWeek celebration at Hurstville Plaza!

Children, young people and families are invited to Hurstville Plaza to join in on some fun and FREE activities, and engage with local youth and community services. 

Activities will include: 

• Bike 'n' Blend - pedal powered smoothie bikes.

• Parkour activities.

• DJ workshop.

• Collaborative Aboriginal art.

• Upcycling craft.

• Outdoor cinema screening.

What is Youth Week?
Youth Week is a week-long celebration held in April each year that is organised by young people, for young people, in communities across the state.

Following the success of the NSW Youth Week program, Youth Week became a national event in 2000. National Youth Week is jointly supported by the Australian government, state and territory governments and local governments.

The Youth Week theme for 2026 is: 

"Dream. Dare. Do."
