Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and experience the calming benefits of Mindful Movement through Qigong.
Join us at the library for a welcoming, beginner-friendly introduction to gentle, flowing movements combined with breathing and mindful awareness. These simple practices can help you relax, stretch, and restore balance, and are easy to continue at home.
Our morning sessions are a great way to start your day with energy and focus, while our evening sessions are designed to help you wind down for relaxation and better sleep.
The session is suitable for all experience levels and offers an accessible way to support your overall wellbeing. No equipment required, but please remember to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
