Introduction to LGBTQIA+ Communities and Inclusive Customer Service

This is a Council led event.

17/06/2026 - Hurstville Civic Centre (Dragon Room),

Council is offering community sector workers and small businesses the opportunity to take part in training to support inclusion of the local LGBTQIA+ community.

This free training will:

  • Increase your awareness of LGBTQIA+ people and communities, and their unique health and wellbeing needs.

  • Improve your ability to respond inclusively to the needs to the LGBTQIA+ people and communities.

Georges River Council values the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, Intersex, Agender, Asexual and Ally (LGBTQIA+) communities of Georges River.
