HSC Wellbeing with 3Bridges

This is a Council led event.

Hurstville Library
07/10/2026 - 28/10/2026

As part of Mental Health Month, join Georges River Libraries and 3Bridges Youth Zone for an afternoon dedicated to supporting Year 12 students through the challenges of the HSC. This free HSC Relief initiative offers a welcoming space to step away from the pressures of study, connect with other students, and recharge through engaging group activities.

You'll also have access to practical resources designed to help manage stress, build resilience, and support your wellbeing. The information in those resources will be discussed in guided group conversations that encourage open discussions about mental health in a safe and relaxed environment. Whether you need a break, new coping strategies, or simply a chance to connect with others who understand what you're going through; this is an opportunity to prioritize your wellbeing while preparing for the HSC.

About the facilitator: This program is run by staff from 3Bridges Youth Zone, Penshurst Park. Youth Zones are safe, free, supported drop-in centres, supporting young people from ages 9 to 18.

They offer supported social spaces, free food and access to services, cooking and life skill development opportunities, gaming, sports and arts programs and materials.
