Feeling safe and supported in vital to community wellbeing. Join us to better understand how residents, Council and Police can work together to keep Georges River a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

Georges River Council warmly invites local residents and community members to attend the Georges River Community Safety Forum, an evening dedicated to building a safer, more connected community.

What to expect:

  • St George Police will share community safety issues.

  • Council will share how to report and resolve issues via the Log It, Fix It portal.

  • A Q&A session with Police and Council.

  • A chance to talk after the session over tea and coffee.

  • Parking: there is a ticketed Council carpark next to Hurstville Museum and Gallery, 14 MacMahon Street, Hurstville. There is also free street parking available in the streets between Hurstville Library and Hurstvill Oval. 

  • Public Transport: Civic Theatre is a 7-minute walk from Hurstville Station and 7-minute walk from Hurstville bus interchange.
