Free De-Escalation Training for Community Sport. This workshop follows the successful De-Escalation Training delivered by Georges River Council and the Office of Sport in November 2025, which received strong interest and positive feedback.

Bayside Council and the Office of Sport NSW are offering a free workshop for local sporting clubs and volunteers.

Delivered by the Office of Sport NSW, the session will help participants:

• Manage challenging behaviour.
• Reduce conflict.
• Respond appropriately in difficult situations.
• Build confidence when dealing with issues in community sport.

The workshop is suitable for coaches, volunteers, officials, committee members and anyone involved in local sporting clubs.
