Who is Anna Kharzeeva?
Anna Kharzeeva is a food writer, social historian and author of The Soviet Diet Cookbook, a book that explores food, culture and heritage through historical recipes and storytelling. She writes and teaches about food traditions, creativity in the kitchen and making the most of ingredients to minimise waste.
