This is a Council led event.

30/07/2026 - Clive James Library and Service Centre, Kogarah.

Our libraries have a huge range of resources and activities for everyone to enjoy, for free! Visit Clive James Library, Kogarah between 9am and 1pm to take a library tour, speak to our friendly library staff about programs and collections, register or re-register for a free library membership, and spin our prize wheel for a chance to win fun library items.
Activities at Clive James Library, Kogarah include:

  • Welcome Desk 9.00am - 1.00pm: Meet our librarians, learn about services and collections, register or re-register, and spin to win!

  • Rhymetime for Babies and Toddlers at 10.00am or 11.00am: simple stories, songs, and rhymes for babies, toddlers, and their carers.

  • Library Tour 11.30am - 12.30pm: Explore the library with a guided tour from a librarian.

More information 

  • Unless otherwise specified, this event is suitable for all ages.
  • ​All equipment will be provided.

  • Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for physical activity.
  • For participants aged 12 years and under, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program. For safety reasons, one parent/guardian can only be responsible for a maximum of 4 children (1:4 ratio).

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue.

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.

  • The library does not endorse or promote any products which may be used in the workshop.
