Join Georges River Council's Environment, Waste and Sustainability Team for a lunchtime litter clean-up around Hurstville Oval in support of Clean Up Australia's Great Spring Clean Up.

Clean-ups are a fantastic way to connect with your community, raise awareness, and help tackle litter.

Residents and Council staff are invited to come together to help remove litter from our local environment and make a positive impact. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to Ask a 'Wastie' your questions about waste, recycling and sustainability.

Grab your walking shoes and spend your lunch break helping to keep Georges River clean, green and beautiful for everyone.  Light refreshments will be provided afterwards.

We’ll provide all participants with rubbish bags, just bring your gloves, hat, and water. 

No experience necessary, just your enthusiasm!
