Temporary Food Premises Seminar to learn how to safely and successfully set up and operate a temporary food business.

This seminar provides practical guidance on food safety requirements, application processes, inspections, and compliance obligations for temporary food premises.

  • Run by Council Food Inspectors – learn what they expect to make your next inspection a breeze!

  • Share and get tips for running a great food stall.

  • A fully set up food stall will be on display to demonstrate compliance with food legislation.

  • This program is aimed at people who wish to establish a temporary food premises (food stall or food vehicle), as well as organisers of markets and events that include food vendors.

  • Door prize to be won.

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours before the event so your place can be offered to another participant.
