The Georges River community has a new reason to get outdoors this spring. Cambridge Markets will host its first ever Carss Park Spring Market, transforming Carss Bush Park into a one-day celebration of local food, makers, live music and free family fun.

Set in one of southern Sydney's most beautiful parklands, the market overlooks the sparkling waters of Kogarah Bay beside Carss Point Baths, with loads of shade and wide open park land to spread out, relax and make a day of it.

Around 100 Stalls:
Browse approximately 100 stalls from local and Sydney-wide makers and food producers, including:

  • Street food from around the world: Pound for Pound Burger's premium Aussie smash burgers, Damaskos Greek Souvlaki, Dabakh African Cuisine, Ola Lola's Spanish paella and XIAO MI Potsticker's handmade dumplings.

  • Sweet treats from Loaded Baklava and Thai coconut pancakes from Khanomkrok, alongside a dozen more dessert and specialty food stalls.

  • Fusion Foundations coffee, fresh drinks, and craft spirits from Finders Distillery.

  • Handmade timber art from The Woodshed Sydney, summer hats from Janelle Sutton & Associates, plus candles, jewellery, homewares, beauty, fashion and kids' clothing.

Treats for four-legged visitors from The Pawfect Butcher.

Free kids activities all day:
A full program of free entertainment including a puppet show, giant bubbles, arts and craft and other kids' activities.
