The Brighter Boys Launch Event is a free community event introducing a new youth wellbeing initiative designed to support boys through confidence-building, connection and positive mentorship.

Founded at a local tutoring centre in Mortdale, Brighter Boys is built around a powerful peer-mentoring model led by a 15-year-old student mentor, with guidance from a qualified Social Worker. The program aims to support boys who may be struggling with confidence, school engagement, or emotional wellbeing in a safe, supportive and relatable environment.

The launch event will include a short introduction to the program, opportunities to meet the team, and a live sample session showcasing how Brighter Boys works in practice. Families, educators, community members and young people are all welcome to attend.

This event celebrates youth leadership, community connection, and a proactive approach to supporting boys’ mental health.
