A scheduled system upgrade will take place on:

Date: Saturday 4 July 2026.
Time: 8.00pm – 9.30pm (AEST).

During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Log It / Fix It.

  • Online Services.

  • Certificate Services.

As a result, you may be unable to:

  • Access online services.

  • Submit requests or applications.

  • Complete online transactions.

We encourage customers to plan ahead and complete any time-sensitive activities before the maintenance window begins.

Services will be restored as soon as maintenance has been completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
