Exhibition Opening: Michele Beevors - Anatomy Lessons
This is a Council led event.
11/09/2026 - Hurstville Museum & Gallery
Join us for the opening of our exhibition Anatomy Lessons by Michele Beevors, featuring meticulously sculpted, life-sized animal skeletons painstakingly measured, drawn and sculpted from steel, wire, and foam, and knitted over in a fine-art softening of the subject beneath. Care, grief and feelings of responsibility about our part in mass extinction, have driven Beevors to produce work which is critical and timely.
Come along to hear Michele Beevors talk about her works and enjoy some light refreshments during the opening.
