Join us for our Community and Staff Day to explore the new Kensington Street Building. Enjoy guided tours, meet our teams, and take part in food stalls and prize giveaways supported by our local partners.

Bring the family, meet some of the teams who will work in the building and walk through the spaces before they officially open. Visit our Food Alley for a variety of food and snacks and take part in free prize opportunities generously supported by our community partners and local businesses.

Entertainment and prizes so far include NRL tickets, gift hampers, restaurant vouchers, face painting, Magician and plenty more!

Highlights of your 30-minute tour include:

• Ground Floor – Outpatient Pharmacy and Pathology: Co located for convenience, making it easier to access medications and complete pathology tests in one place. Includes a dedicated paediatric collection space designed to reduce anxiety for children.

• Level 2 – Outpatient Clinics: Specialist outpatient services brought together on one floor to improve access and coordination of care.

• Level 5 – Rehabilitation and Cognitive Transition Unit: Supporting patients recovering from mild brain injuries and those undertaking day rehabilitation programs. Features a modern rehabilitation gym and outdoor terrace to support recovery and independence.

• Level 7 – Aged Care Inpatient Unit: Purpose designed for older patients with complex conditions, including dementia and delirium, with a secure outdoor terrace creating a calm and therapeutic environment.

You will also see a curated collection of artworks integrated throughout the building to enhance the patient and visitor experience.

This special preview offers a rare opportunity to walk through the new spaces before patients and staff begin moving in from April 2026.
