Ever wanted to grow shiitake mushrooms at home? Join Mark Udovitch (@plantbasedmale) from Inner City Permaculture for an educational and interactive Shiitake Mushroom Log Inoculation Workshop.

In this hands-on workshop, Mark will guide you through the entire process of inoculating hardwood logs with shiitake spawn. You’ll learn everything you need to know to confidently create your own mushroom log at home.
