Join us for the 2026 Healthy Minds & Wellbeing Expo, supported by Georges River Council, and spend the day connecting with your local community and learning more about mental health and wellbeing.

Running from 10:30am – 2:30pm, the Expo will bring together around 20 not-for-profit organisations working across the mental health and wellbeing sector. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet local organisations, discover valuable support services and resources, ask questions, and connect with people who share a passion for building healthier, more connected communities.

Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming day where you can mingle with like-minded people, meet new connections, explore what’s available in your community, and take some time to focus on your own wellbeing.

Lunch will be provided, so come along, enjoy the day and make the most of this opportunity to connect, learn and feel supported.
