The issue has now been resolved, Planning Certificates should no longer be delayed.
Update (Wednesday 16 August, 11.40am)
We are continuing to experience problems with our online planning certificates. Our team is processing them manually and it could take up to 5 business days to process and receive your Planning Certificates.
We are trying to fix this issue as quickly as possible. At this stage, we are unsure of when they will come back on line and be automated (received immediately).
