Culture in Colour: Mayor’s Art Competition

Do you love exploring different cultures and expressing yourself through art? Well, get ready to unleash your imagination because we have an exciting competition just for you!

What is it all about?

The Mayor of Georges River Council is calling on all primary school children in our local government area to showcase their artistic talents by creating artwork that celebrates cultural diversity.

We want you to choose a cultural day that is special to you – whether it's Diwali, Christmas, Lunar New Year, Eid al-Fitr, or any other cultural celebration that holds significance in your life.

Why participate?

Imagine your artwork being featured in posters, flyers, and digital promotions across our community!

The winning designs will be proudly displayed in the Council's marketing and promotion efforts for cultural days throughout the year. Plus, winners will receive a certificate signed by the Mayor and a fantastic prize of art supplies to fuel your creativity even further.
