Beeswax wrap workshop (Council Led Event)

28/06/2024 - Hurstville Museum & Gallery

Join us for this hands-on workshop and learn how to make your own beeswax wraps.

Kirsty from ‘Parva: Little Things’ will show you how to make, maintain, clean and use the beautiful cloth alternative to single use plastic wrap.

Whether you want to wrap your fruits and vegetables, cheese, herbs or a loaf of bread, or simply cover a bowl of leftovers – beeswax wraps are the perfect fit.

You will make two medium size wraps to take home and learn the techniques to make more of them. Do your part to help save the planet and learn a fun skill at the same time!

All skill levels are welcome.

Note: sessions are not complementary and content will be repeated.
