E-Waste Drop Off

Following recommendations by the Australian Government, in an effort to slow the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the E-Waste drop-off service has been temporarily cancelled.

Council's free e-Waste (electronic waste) Recycling Service is available to all residents, small businesses and schools.

E-Waste can be dropped off every Saturday between 8.00am and 12.00pm at Council's Mortdale Depot, located at 100 Roberts Avenue, Mortdale.

Please note: This service is not available during Council's Christmas shut down period, Public Holidays, Chemical Collection events, or at Council's discretion.

This service will be closed from the 28th December 2019 and will re open on the 18th January 2020.

Televisions, computers, laptops, monitors, computer accessories,
printers, scanners,faxes, electrical cables, toners/ink cartridges
and hard drives.

Gas bottles, cooktops, liquids, rangehoods, lights globes, fire extinguishers, fluorescent tubes,
halogen lights, air conditioners, styro foam, smoke detectors, CD and DVD discs, VHS tapes,
white goods and photocopiers, cameras - digital or video, game consoles, household batteries,
small household appliances, microwaves, electronic and battery - powered toys, DVDs/VCRs,
power tools and mobile phones.
