  • Increase height from 9m to part 12m and part 15m
  • Increase FSR from 0.6 to 1.5:1 and 1.7:1
  • Remove the minimum lot size
  • ​Remove the minimum lot size for dual occupancies

The Planning Proposal has been withdrawn. 
 

Determination

On 17 November 2021, the Planning Proposal was forwarded to the DPIE for a Gateway Determination.

A Gateway Determination was received on 31 March 2022.
