If you are dissatisfied with a determination made on an application, you may apply for a review under Section 82A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The application for review must be made within six months from the date of the Notice of Determination.

Review of Rejection of an Application

A review of a Development Application, which is rejected under Clause 51 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, must be made no later than 14 days after Council has issued a written notice advising the applicant of its decision to reject the application.
