Free family fun with Council’s first Easter Outdoor Cinema

Council is hosting a free Easter Outdoor Cinema at Riverwood Park on Sunday 2 April 2023.

The family fun event will include a screening of HOP (2011), bean bags with free popcorn, a visit from the Easter Bunny, free Easter egg giveaways, Easter face painting and glitter tattoos.

Mayor Nick Katris said, “Council is very excited to be hosting its first Easter event for the community, including an appearance by the Easter Bunny!

“Council is happy to provide free family entertainment to spread some cheer just ahead of the Easter school holidays – I hope everyone has an eggcellent time!”.

Families are invited to get in early to secure bean bags or bring their own picnic blanket.

Food available to purchase on the day will be a sausage sizzle by The Lions Club of Lugarno and refreshments from a coffee and ice cream van.
