Transport for NSW proposes to reduce congestion and improve traffic flow on The Grand Parade from Kyeemagh to Sans Souci. Transport also proposes to create new people friendly place amenities across the retail, entertainment and business hubs of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sans Souci.

Transport for NSW is seeking feedback on their proposal for new and or increased clearways along the Grande Parade and Rocky Point Road Sans Souci. View the proposal here.

Community consultation is open until Monday 17 October 2022 .

Georges River Council will be formally opposing this proposal as the extension of clearways will have a significant impact on the businesses lining Rocky Point Road, prioritising cars over people and businesses.
